8:00 – 9:00 – tiibeti jooga nejang
9:10 – 9:50 – hommikusöök
10:00 -12:30 – tiibeti horme teraapia kuuma õli ja ravimtaimedega (Merle Nurm). See protseduur lõõgastab keha ja meelt, on stressivastane, hea unetuse ja närvilisuse ning ülemõtlemise korral.
12:30 – 14:00 – lõunapaus
14:00 – 17:00 – tiibeti kalligraafia õpituba. (Andrew Macanze, tõlkega inglise keelest)
17:00 – 18:00 – tiibeti meditsiin meil ja mujal (Anu Rootalu-Wachsmann)
18:00 – 19:00 – õhtusöök
19:00 – 21:00 – kontsert „Tiibeti ravivad helid“ Drukmo Gyal ja tema sõbrad.

10:00 – 12:30 – Experience Hot oil with Herbs (HORME Therapy) by Merle Nurm. Calms down body&mind, Anti -stress, anti – insomnia, Relaxing.
12:30 – 14:00 – Lunch Break
14:00 – 17:00 – Tibetan Calligraphy workshop with Andrew Macanze.
About Instructor: Andrew Mckenzie (simplysuperior.org / en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafler_Trio) has lived in many places and done far too many things; one of those most dear to his heart is Tibetan Calligraphy, in which he was tutored by Tashi Mannox (www.tashimannox.com), considered by many to be one of the world’s best Tibetan Calligraphers. in this three hour introduction, the basic forms will be explored – as many as there is time for – as well as a brief working case of the writing of a mantra. all this will provide the basis for further study and reflection.
17:00 – 18:00 – LECTURE ABOUT Tibetan healing tradition by Anu Rootalu-Wachsmann.
18:00 – 19:00 – Dinner break
19:00 – 21:00 – Tibetan Healing Chants Concert with Drukmo Gyal and her musician friends.
