Uriini-, pulsianalüüs ja rLungi häired TTM järgi edasijõudnutele Dr. Machikuga
Kursuse sisu:
15 intensiivse päeva jooksul jagab dr Machik meiega oma üle 30 aasta kogemusi uriini-, pulsianalüüsis ja günekoloogias, võtab läbi NELJA TANTRA põhisisu ning jagab samuti hinnalisi teadmisi, mida ta on kogunud oma õpetajatelt ja kogemustest. Seda kursust palus dr Nida Chenatsang, soovides, et kõik Sorig Khangi õpetajad ja õpilased süvendaksid oma teadmisi diagnoosiõpingutes.
4.-8. mai – Tiibeti meditsiini pulsilugemine on jaotanud 13 ossa. Tiibeti arsti jaoks pulsilugemine on väärtuslik informatsiooniallikas, sest pulss on nagu sõnumitooja arsti ja patsiendi vahel. Pulsi lugemiseks on tähtis, et patsient oleks võimalikult hästi puhanud. Arst paneb nimetis-, keskmise ja kolmanda sõrme arterile. Iga sõrme vahel on ühe riisitera suurune vahe ning sõrmed on aetatud poole sentimeetri kaugusele randmepiirist. Arst kasutab mõlemat kätt pulsi uurimiseks; meespatsientidel loetakse esimesena vasakut käerannet, naispatsientidel alustatakse paremast käest.
9.-13. mai – Tiibeti meditsiini uriinianalüüs on jagatud 8 ossa: arst uurib uriini värvi, auru, lõhna, mullikesi, setet ja kattu. Uriinivärvi määravad tarbitud toit ja jook, aastaajad ja haigused.
15.-19. mai – rLung (tuule) kehaenergia häired lähtuvalt Tiibeti traditsioonilisest meditsiinist
rLung (“tuul”) kehaenergia häireid peetakse kõikide haiguste peamisteks põhjusteks ning läänemeditsiin klassifitseerib seda kui “psühhosomaatiline” haigus. Dr. Machik järgib Gyushi-t ning õpetusi oma õpetajatelt, et selgitada rLungi häireid ning nende seotust kehaga. Samuti, et uurida selle osakaalu nii “vaimsete haiguste” tekkes kui ravis.
Kursuse jooksul selgitab Dr Machik ka günekoloogilisi haigusi, mis on põhjustatud rLungi häiretest.

Advanced Urine, Pulse analysis and rLung disorders according to TTM by Dr.Machik
Course Intent:
Dr.Machik will use 15 intensive days to share with us his 30+ year experiences on urine, pulse analysis and gynecological disorders, he will go through the core content in FOUR TANTRAS as well as all the precious notes he collected from his teachers and his own experiences.
This course was requested by Dr.Nida Chenatsang, wishing all the Sorig Khang Teachers and Students could get further development in diagnosis studies.
4-8 may – In Tibetan medicine pulse reading is divided into thirteen sections. For the Tibetan physician the art of pulse reading provides an invaluable source of information because the pulse is like a messenger between the doctor and the patient. To read the pulse it is very important for the patient to be as rested as possible. The physician places the index, middle and third fingers on the radial arteries. The space between each of the three fingers is the width of a grain of rice, and the fingers are placed half an inch from the crease of the wrist. The physician uses both hands to examine the pulse; the left wrist of a male patient is read first, whilst for the female patient it is the right wrist which is read first.
9-13 may – Tibetan medicine urine analysis is divided into eight sections; the physician examines the colour, vapour, odour, bubbles, sediments and albumin of the urine. The colour of the urine is determined by the intake of food and drink, seasons and diseases.
15-19 may – rLung disorder according to Traditional Tibetan Medicine
rLung (“wind”) functions as a mode of explanation for what Western medicine regards as “psychiatric” illness. Dr.Machik will strictly follow Gyushi and notes from his teachers about rlung and its relationship to body and mind, in order to examine its role in the causation and treatment of various forms of “mental illness”. Meanwhile he will explain some gynecology cases that are related to rLung disorders.
