SAMSUNG EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY REGARDING WHETHER CUSTOMER`S PERSONAL INFORMATION IS CAPTURED BY ANY THIRD PARTY APPLICATION PROVIDER OR THE USE TO WHICH SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE PUT BY SUCH THIRD PARTY APPLICATION PROVIDER. You can contact SAMSUNG for a technical issue or other request regarding the Service, which must be processed in accordance with the service level document available on www.samsungknox.com/support-services-for-knox-products, as updated by SAMSUNG from time to time at samsung`s discretion. In order to avoid any doubt, SAMSUNG`s obligation to provide assistance services under this agreement is limited to Knox Manage and, under this agreement, SAMSUNG is not required to provide assistance services with respect to Samsung devices or other products, devices, software or services that Knox Manage. Samsung devices may be subject to a warranty service based on current warranty policies, as provided with these devices. In addition to the conditions and restrictions of warranty policies, the warranty service for activated devices may also be subordinated and limited to security configurations or policies activated by your IT administrator with Knox Manage. For example, if your IT administrator has limited firmware updates on activated devices, technical issues that require a firmware update can only be resolved if your IT administrator disables this restriction.
