Mis?

• • • • •

Me võiksime seda kutsuda elementaarseks põhjapanevaks praktikaks.

(Dr Nida Chenagtsang „Hea karma kunst Tiibeti moodi”)

Tiibeti traditsioonis tehakse Nöndrot elu jooksul mitu korda, Juthok Ninghtigi traditsioonis teevad paljud arstid seda igal aastal korra. Hea on ka seda korrata.

What
• • • • •
The Yuthok Nyingthig (Tib. གཡུ་ཐོག་སྙིང་ཐིག་), the ‘Heart Essence of Yuthok’, composed by Yuthok the Younger, is a complete cycle of Vajrayana Buddhist practice, beginning with the preliminary practices (Tib. སྔོན་འགྲོ་ “ngöndro”) and progressing through the development and completion stage practices to the highest practices of Mahamudra and Dzogchen. It is characterized by its concise and simple methods which bring about both worldly benefits, including improved health and longevity, as well as the ultimate benefit of complete spiritual liberation. The Yuthok Nyingthig is the main spiritual practice of Tibetan physicians, and it contains many unique techniques to heighten the intuition and healing capacities of the doctor.

Ngöndro, meaning ‘foundational’ or ‘preliminary’ practices is the root of the tree out of which all other Vajrayana Buddhist practices grow. Yuthok’s ngöndro, traditionally done in the context of a seven day retreat is incredibly transformative to one’s mind, health, and life, and is the gateway into the profound path of the Yuthok Nyingthig. This seven day intensive retreat combines sessions of silent meditation, group chanting, visualization and contemplation, as well as instruction in the practice.

This retreat includes instruction in the healing chöd practice, or Kusali, which is the last section of the Yuthok Nyingthig ngöndro.

Please note: Completion of a seven day Yuthok Nyingthig Ngöndro retreat or completion of Ngöndro practices in another lineage is the pre-requisite to attend Dr. Nida Chenagtsang’s Tummo Yoga and Karmamudra teaching programs.

TIIBETI MANTRARAVI 1/TIBETAN MANTRA HEALING LEVEL 1
jaan. 17 @ 09:00 – jaan. 19 @ 18:30

MANTRARAVI KURSUS

Tegelikult on ravimiseks sadu erinevaid mantraid. Mõned mantrad on spetsiifiliste probleemide jaoks, näiteks:
– kõhulahtisus
– oksendamine
– kõhukinnisus
– viirused
– gripp
– põletik
– vistrikud
– luumurd
– sünnitus
– lahtise haava veritsus

Samuti on mantraid, mis tegelevad üldisemate probleemidega, näiteks:
– tahkete organite häired (süda, kopsud, maks, põrn, neerud)
– õõnsate organite häired (sapipõis, sool või käärsool)
– tajuorganite häired (nägemine, kuulmine)
– valu leevendamine

Tiibeti meditsiini järgi on need haigused lihtsalt variatsioonid erinevatest põhienergia häiretest. Neil mantratel on võime ravida igasuguseid probleeme; nad on tõhusad nii keerukate haiguste kui ka nende osas, mille põhjus on teadmata.

Tiibeti mantraravi Tase 1 programm:
– tiibeti mantraravi päritolu
– mantrate kasutamine ravimaks konkreetseid häireid;
– juhised, kuidas kasutada malat (palvehelmeid)
– üle 90 mantra suuline väeülekanne

Osalejad toovad oma enda mala (palvehelmed). Mõned on kohapeal müügiks.

In ENGLISH:
Tibetan Mantra Healing

Tibetan Mantra Healing (TMH) is a powerful form of healing which utilizes the energy of pure vibration – Sound – to heal subtle energetic disturbance. In this way, we can treat the root cause of disorders and diseases, instead of simply treating the symptoms.

The mantras described here arise out of the ancient Tibetan medical and spiritual traditions. It is based upon the philosophy of Interdependent Origination of all Phenomena.

They are simple to use, profoundly effective, and are immediately accessible to everybody – regardless of age, gender, ethnic or spiritual background.

TMH can be used as a treatment on its own, or in conjunction with other treatment modalities. It is reputed to have profound effects in the treatment of chronic disease.
There are literally hundreds of different Mantras for Healing. Some mantras are for specific problems, such as:

Mantra
• Diarrhoea
• Vomiting
• Constipation
• Viruses
• Influenza
• Infection
• Pimples
• Broken Bones
• Childbirth
• Bleeding from an open wound, etc

There are also Mantras to cover more generalised conditions, for example:
• Disorders of the Solid Organs such as the Heart, Lungs, Liver, Spleen, Kidneys;
• Disorders of the Hollow Organs such as the Gall Bladder, Stomach or Colon;
• Disorders of the Senses such as Sight, Hearing;
• or to alleviate Pain.

There are Mantras to re-balance the 3 Humours (Wind, Bile and Phlegm). In Tibetan Medicine, the 3 Humours are considered to be the 3 vital energies in the body; disease manifests when the 3 Humours become imbalanced.
There are also Mantras for “One Hundred Diseases”. Tibetan Medicine speaks of all diseases as being variations of different basic energy disturbances. These Mantras have the ability to heal any sort of problem; they are very effective for illnesses which are complex, or where the cause of the illness may be unknown

Tibetan Mantra Healing Level 1 program:
– Origins of TMH, the function of Mantras
– use of Mantras to cure specific disorders
– instructions on how to use a mala
– transmission of over 90 important healing mantras.

Students will need to bring their own mala (prayer beads). There are limited number of malas one can buy from the course.
