It is our particular intention to make possible the most moderate fees (which are used exclusively to cover the expenses for this particular event) so that as many people as possible will have the opportunity to participate.

Several people from different countries and in Estonia work voluntarily for months with joy and dedication to the Congress preparations.

Fee reductions for social reasons are available on request.

The Congress registration and the reservation of accommodation will be organized separately.

Cancellation period:

If you are unable to attend the congress, please let us know as soon as possible. Of course you have the possibility to name a replacement participant without fees. In case of cancellation:

• until 1st February, 2016: a service fee of 30€ will be charged
• 6 weeks before Congress (from February 15): 25% of the Congress Participation Fee will be charged
• 4 weeks before Congress (from February 29): 50% of the Congress Participation Fee will be charged
• 2 weeks before Congress (from March 15): 100% of the Congress Participation Fee will be charged
