The annual International Congress is a great contribution for the further development, the preservation and propagation of Traditional Tibetan Medicine in the East and West. (Dr. Nida Chenagtsang)

Invitation

Scholars, students, practitioners and all interested people in the field of Sowa Rigpa are invited to attend the 4th annual International Congress on Sowa Rigpa- Traditional Tibetan Medicine in Tallinn/Estonia.

You don’t want to miss this spectacular opportunity to be amongst leaders in the realm of Sowa Rigpa. This valuable experience will include various lectures and interactive workshops with senior doctors, scholars, and TTM practitioners from all over the world. Learn more information, news, research, and the unique history and development of Traditional Tibetan Medicine.

The growing international interest in Tibetan Medicine brings a blessing and a challenge. This Congress is the ideal platform to explore the wisdom of Tibetan Medicine with a modern scientific perspective or vice versa and to build bridges across the gap between time tested and evidence based scientific knowledge.

How could the clear definition and time tested concept of health in Tibetan Medicine enrich the stimulating current discussion in modern medicine about the complexity of health?

Welcome to Estonia

Estonia has a 10 years experience the field of TTM Medicine. 2006 Anu Rootalu start to teach Ku Nye Massage and Dr. Nida was in Estonia first time in 2008 to give Mantra healing and Ku nye level 2 external therapies.

The two flowers: Long Life and Good Health

Under the inspiring motto, “The two flowers: Long Life and Good Health” the International Congress Team of the IATTM warmly welcomes all to attend.

The Congress-Program is complete and we will have a very rich and inspiring schedule with more than 30 presentations, panel discussions, workshops & teachings.
For the 4th time people from more than 34 different countries will come together with joy and openness to celebrate the rich and creative world of Sowa Rigpa.

The personal encounter at the Congress is a gift and an opportunity for a profound further cooperation.
The root concept of the Congress follows the main vision of Tibetan Medicine: to work for the benefit of all sentient beings (inspired by the words of younger Yuthok Yonten Gonpo), beyond national or individual interests.

“We are one family”  – Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, Congress President, TTMIC 2015 in Kathmandu

“Wherever possible, we must work on a common ground. Where there are differences, we need to respect the views, and not necessarily adopt the views and lose sight of one’s primary objectives.”  – Mr. Tashi Tsering Phuri, Director of Men- Tsee-Khang Dharamsala/India, TTMIC 2015 in Kathmandu
